UPS Marked Package as Delivered, But I Never Received It

I recently experienced a major issue with UPS. They marked my package as "delivered" and even indicated that I personally received it, but the package never arrived. This is incredibly concerning, as I didn’t provide the delivery confirmation code to anyone. How was my package handed over without proper verification?
To make matters worse, my name is falsely listed as the recipient, despite the fact that I work in a plaza where deliveries are typically received by our reception staff. UPS has provided misleading and false information about the delivery. This level of negligence is unacceptable.
I demand an immediate investigation and resolution. Either locate my package or compensate me for the loss. This kind of service is utterly disappointing.
