My package has been waiting for UPS pickup for days now

I recently shopped from the Mudo brand, and I'm trying to return one of the products. As per our agreement, I've filled out a request form on the UPS website so that they can pick up my product for return. Unfortunately, it's been days since I requested it and there has still been no sign of my package being picked up. UPS appears to be moving at a snail's pace and they won't tell me why my package hasn't been received yet. This is getting really frustrating - I don't want to wait any longer! Please pick up my package immediately and send it back to the seller!
