UCLA Order Missing Item – No Customer Support & No Response

On February 16, 2024, I placed an 8-item order from the UCLA website, but when my package arrived, it was missing one item—a white cap.

I immediately contacted them through their website, but I still haven’t received a response. To make matters worse, there is no customer service phone number to reach them directly. This lack of communication is unacceptable.

I demand an immediate resolution—either ship my missing item or issue a refund for it. UCLA, respond to your customers and fix this issue as soon as possible! I expect to hear back immediately.
