UCLA Order Delayed Without Updates

I placed an order with UCLA on October 15, 2024, expecting the items to be shipped by October 19 as stated. However, it’s now October 24, and the order status still shows "Order Received." The products I purchased are listed as in stock, so there’s no apparent reason for the delay.

It’s frustrating that 10 days have passed without any communication or updates regarding my order. As a customer, I expect timely updates and clear explanations when delays occur.

I request that UCLA processes my order immediately or provides an update on the status. Ignoring customers and failing to meet stated shipping timelines is unacceptable. Please resolve this issue promptly.
