Uber Eats Marked My Order as Delivered but I Never Received It
On the evening of October 26, 2026, I placed an order worth approximately $10 through Uber Eats from Little Caesars Pizza, located in the 100. Yıl İşçi Blokları area of Ankara, Türkiye. However, the order never arrived, even though the app marked it as delivered.
As soon as I noticed the delivery status, I contacted Uber Eats live support to report the issue. The customer service representative told me to wait a little longer for the order to arrive. I stayed at my workplace until 9:15 p.m. so I could receive the delivery before leaving, but the order never showed up.
I then contacted customer support again and requested a refund. However, I later discovered that my refund request had been rejected. I submitted multiple additional requests through the app, but all of them were also denied.
No clear or specific explanation was provided for these repeated rejections. Furthermore, I cannot access the records of my previous conversations with customer support, so I am unable to attach those communications to my complaints. I was also never provided with a receipt or invoice for the order.
I request a thorough investigation of the delivery records and customer support interactions related to this order, particularly why an order that I never received was marked as delivered and why my refund requests were repeatedly rejected without a clear explanation.
I expect a full refund of approximately $10 and a written explanation outlining the specific reasons for the rejection of my previous refund requests.
I am willing to provide my order and account details through a secure and private communication channel if necessary. I hope Uber Eats will investigate this matter fairly and resolve it without further delay.
