Request For Reactivation of My StarMaker Account

I have been using my singer account in the StarMaker application for about 3 years under the StarMaker ID 100055657***. Recently my account was suddenly banned and I can no longer log in. On the login screen it only says that my account is blocked due to “illegal behavior in app” but I was never given any explanation or prior warning. I do not know what is considered “illegal behavior” in this case, and I have not received any detailed information by email or in the app about what I allegedly did wrong. I have invested time and effort into this account over the years and I find it very unfair that it was blocked without a clear reason or chance to defend myself. I kindly request that my singer account be urgently reviewed and reactivated, or at least that I am given a detailed explanation of the exact reason for the ban so that this situation can be resolved.
