Trendyol Failed to Refund My Little Caesars Order
On October 28, 2026, at 1:11 p.m., I placed an order for two pizzas from Little Caesars Pizza through Uber Eats on Trendyol. My order number is #11758241776, and the total amount was ₺615. The courier cancelled the order, claiming that they could not find my address, but I have not received a refund for the cancelled order.
When I tried to get support through the app's AI assistant, I was told that I would not receive a refund, and no alternative solution was offered. As a result, I received neither the products I ordered nor a refund of the amount I paid.
I request that the full amount of ₺615 paid for this cancelled order be refunded to my card or account as soon as possible. I also ask that this incident be investigated to ensure that customers do not suffer similar losses in such situations.
