On November 15, 2025, at 6:43 p.m., I placed an online order with my credit card from the Little Caesars Gaziosmanpaşa branch for $9. My order was attempted to be delivered exactly 1 hour and 20 minutes later; however, due to such a long delay, I refused to accept it.
After experiencing this delay, I contacted customer service. They told me that I would receive a refund and that I needed to wait another 50 minutes. During this time, I was unable to reach the branch at all — the phone was constantly unanswered. I previously experienced a similar issue, and I was told by headquarters that the branch had been warned, yet nothing has improved.
Since I did not receive my order, I request a full refund, and I ask that necessary measures be taken to prevent such delays from happening again.
