Domino’s Order Marked Delivered But Never Arrived - Refund Denied
On 01.01.2026 at 20:18, I placed an order from Domino’s Pizza via Yemeksepeti for delivery to the Anadolu Boulevard area in Etimesgut, Ankara. After waiting for about an hour with no delivery, I called the restaurant and was told that the order had been canceled because a courier could not come; however, my order was still shown as “preparing” in the Yemeksepeti app, and I was brushed off with the excuse that there was a system issue. When I checked the app again later, I saw that the order status had changed to “delivered,” even though nothing had been delivered to me. I then waited nearly an hour to reach live support, only to be told that they could not issue a refund for an order that was never delivered. Charging me for a meal that was neither delivered nor properly handled, while falsely marking it as delivered, is completely unacceptable and extremely distressing. I demand an immediate refund of the amount I paid for this undelivered order and a clear apology for this irresponsible handling of the situation.
