Uber Eats Canceled My Order for a Wrong Address and Refused to Refund Me

On June 4, 2026, at around 10:45 PM, I ran into a serious problem with order #11292538342, which I had placed through Uber Eats for delivery to my address in Çankaya, Ankara. After realizing I had accidentally entered the wrong delivery address, I immediately connected with the live assistant to prevent the order and my payment from going to waste. At that point, the courier was very close to my location, and I clearly stated that I simply wanted to reach the courier to redirect them to the correct address.
I explained to live support that I had entered the wrong address, that the courier was nearby, and that all I needed was to get in touch with the courier to guide them to the right place. Despite this, I was told that contacting the courier was not possible, that the order would be canceled, and that I would not receive a refund for the amount I had already paid. The fact that I reached out specifically to fix the situation — and was met with no solution-oriented response whatsoever, ultimately losing both my order and my money — is deeply disappointing from a customer service standpoint.
I am requesting a full refund for order #11292538342 to remedy the harm I have experienced.
