Uber Eats Blocked Me From Live Support After Promising a Refund

On May 9, 2026, my order #9567472798 from Popeyes Gebze Center was delivered incomplete. Two chicken burgers included in my order were missing entirely, and the fries that did arrive were roughly a quarter of a normal portion.
I submitted a refund request through the app. While I did receive a partial refund for the fries, the refund for the two missing chicken burgers was never processed. Despite reaching out to live support repeatedly, I was brushed off every time and told the matter would be handled with my bank. When I contacted my bank myself, I was informed that no such refund appeared in their system. Now I can no longer even reach live support — it feels as though I have been blocked and have no one to talk to.
I was told that $12 out of the total $18 I paid for this order would be refunded, yet the amount for my missing items still has not been credited to my account. I have been dealing with this issue since May 9 and the continued lack of resolution has both caused me real harm and seriously damaged my trust in the platform.
I am requesting that the full promised refund of $12 be credited to my account promptly and without further delay, and that a proper investigation into this matter be conducted with a clear explanation provided to me.
