Popeyes Missing Order, No Refund
On October 4, 2025, I placed order #10565919186 through Trendyol Yemek from the Popeyes Samsun Kale branch. Although my order included the “Müthiş 4’lü” menu and a kids’ meal, I only received one hamburger, one fries, and a toy. I immediately contacted Trendyol Yemek regarding the missing items and sent photos of the package and receipt. However, today my request was rejected, and no solution was offered. This has happened to me before, and I was left in the same situation again. Since it’s not possible to reach Popeyes customer service directly, I could only seek help through Trendyol Yemek but got no result. I paid ₺575 via Metropol QR but did not receive my full order. I request a refund for the missing items and ask that my issue be resolved promptly.
