Popeyes Order Came Wrong With Missing Nuggets and Cold Fries

On November 2, 2025, I placed an order from Popeyes and all the ingredients I specifically asked to be removed from my burger were still included. In addition, the nuggets were missing, and the fries were ice-cold. Despite clearly noting these details in my order, they were ignored. I frequently experience similar issues at this branch and have previously received refunds, but only small amounts around ₺60–₺70. For my latest order, I paid a total of ₺345 online by credit card. I request that these recurring issues be resolved and that my order be replaced.
