Yemeksepeti Delivered Cold Popeyes Food and Refused Refund

Today, I ordered the Popeyes 1× Yemeksepeti Special Economix Menu, which included a chicken burger and a medium fries, through Yemeksepeti.

The food arrived ice cold. I immediately contacted Yemeksepeti through the app, but instead of helping me, they simply wrote something along the lines of “feedback will be forwarded to Popeyes.” I then asked either for my order to be resent or for a refund, but they did not help me in any way. While I continued writing to explain the situation, they abruptly ended the conversation, almost as if they had closed it in my face.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience, and I will not be using Yemeksepeti again.
