Turna.com Flight Ticket Change Request And Complaint Regarding Customer

On the evening of May 30, I purchased a ticket through Turna.com for the June 4 Pegasus flight departing at 21:05 from Istanbul Airport (IST) to Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport (ADB). When I later reviewed my reservation, I noticed that my ticket appeared as departing from Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW), which I believe is due to a system-related error on Turna.com rather than any mistake on my part. After noticing this, I submitted a ticket change request to correct the route to the intended flight from Istanbul Airport (IST) to Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport (ADB). During this process, I faced several inconveniences and financial disadvantages. First, the price of the flight operated by the same airline increased while my change requests were being processed. In addition, the change requests I submitted for alternative dates were reportedly closed due to "no response received twice," even though I was not effectively informed or properly notified about these requests and therefore could not respond in time. Today, on June 1, I submitted my third change request. For this request, I selected a ticket displayed at ₺1,479 but during the process this was increased to ₺1,650 and I was told that the change could only be completed if I paid the additional amount. I was also warned that if I did not accept this offer, I would no longer be allowed to submit another ticket change request, which I find both unfair and constraining given that the underlying issue appears to be system-related. I strongly believe that these problems stem from Turna.com’s system rather than from user error. Because of this, I do not accept that the price differences and the inconvenience I have experienced should be imposed on me. I request that my ticket with PNR code 22SFNA for the Pegasus flight on June 4 at 20:55 from IST to ADB be corrected as requested without any additional payment, or alternatively that I be provided with a full refund without any deductions. If my grievance is not resolved within a reasonable period of time, I will submit a formal complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and other relevant legal authorities, supported by the records and screenshots in my possession.
