If Turna.com sent you an invalid PNR, this usually means your booking is not fully issued yet or they gave you the wrong reference. Act quickly:

Verify the PNR correctly;

• Try the PNR on the airline’s official website (not Turna)
• Enter surname + PNR
• If it shows “not found,” it’s not valid
