I booked my flight through the Pegasus Airlines mobile app and paid extra to select a seat with additional legroom and a window view—comfort was important to me for this trip. However, when I arrived at Sabiha Gökçen Airport and proceeded to check in, I was shocked to be told that my seat had been changed and that I had not paid for any seat selection.
This is simply not true—I paid specifically to avoid this kind of issue. I tried to explain the situation, but I was in a rush to board and had no choice but to accept the new seat, which did not have the legroom or the position I had requested. I felt completely ignored and cheated, and to make matters worse, I felt physically unwell during the flight due to the discomfort.
I find it unacceptable that Pegasus would charge for a service and then fail to provide it without offering a refund or apology. I demand an immediate refund for the seat I paid for and did not receive, and I strongly urge Pegasus to review and fix this faulty booking system. Because of this experience, I have no intention of flying with Pegasus again.
