I Face AJet Charging Extra After Changing My Reserved Seat

For my October 5, 2:10 p.m. Istanbul–Izmir flight, I purchased both my ticket and seat through the AJet mobile app. However, instead of the seat I originally selected, I was assigned a different seat, and I was never informed of this change. When I noticed the issue and contacted customer service, I was told that a refund had been issued for the original seat — but I ended up having to purchase another seat in the back rows for a higher price.
This situation caused both financial inconvenience and a lack of transparency, as no prior notification or explanation was given about the seat change. This was the first time I experienced such an issue, and throughout the process, I received no clear or satisfactory response from AJet.
I request that AJet refund the additional amount I paid and issue a formal apology for this mishandled seat change.
