Unpleasant Encounter with Turkish Airlines' Miles Smiles Customer Service

On July 20, 2023, at 11:55, I called the Miles Smiles customer representative of Turkish Airlines to process my miles. The call ended at 12:14, and the employee, named Hulya, was rude and unhelpful. I had a boarding pass and have been using this method for years to process my miles. I have over 200 flights with THY. However, Hulya insisted she couldn't assist with the boarding pass information, and her tone was mocking and irritating. It was a terrible experience and totally unacceptable. She implied that there was nowhere to complain. Turkish Airlines is the pride of this country, but lately, we've encountered employees like her. In the past, this would never have happened. They were always solution-oriented. Now they insult us. Where do they get this attitude? There are no more helpful employees to address the issue. It's truly disappointing. I urgently demand a response. I've always processed my miles with boarding pass information, and being treated like this for 22 minutes is unacceptable. A problematic young girl in her twenties. How can this happen?
