Turkish Airlines Dalaman Lounge Payment Issue
On 10/08/2023, we arrived at the airport for our Dalaman to Istanbul and Dalaman to Ankara flights. When we approached the payment point for lounge usage for my guest, the female staff member sitting to the left of the desk was unable to process the payment and later refused to complete the transaction, slamming the tickets on the table. Subsequently, a gentleman who claimed to be in charge processed the services we were entitled to after making the payment. Both staff members then nonchalantly told us to complain to whoever we wanted. THY is a company I am proud of for my country; I travel the world and it is the only airline I use. However, this negative, undeserved attitude and behavior did not suit the company, and the flight itself became stressful and unpleasant. I hope you can assist with this matter promptly.
