Unprofessional and Disrespectful Customer Service at Turkish Airlines

I attempted to change my Turkish Airlines ticket. The website displayed the option of using miles + 150 TL. I confirmed the transaction, and they charged me. However, I encountered an error message. I tried again, and they deducted another 150 TL, only to face the same error. I contacted Turkish Airlines, but the customer service representative was extremely indifferent and disrespectful. While explaining the situation, they responded with a mocking and condescending tone, saying "hıııııı." I found this attitude highly inappropriate and unacceptable from Turkish Airlines' employees. Respectful and knowledgeable conduct should be a priority for your staff.
