This is a clear example of poor service quality.
As someone working on a shift basis, I bought a ticket from Hatay to Istanbul for a date when I had to be on duty. However, I recently heard and personally witnessed that THY is transferring flights to other airports at the last minute. There are countless affected passengers. Some are going to Maras, others to Adana... My fate for my duty is uncertain. I bought the ticket for 1200₺. When I realized the situation and expressed that I did not want to watch this drama unfold and wanted to postpone my flight, a 7-day file was opened for my flight which is in 2 days. They also said that urgency was reported, but it wasn't... I was told to call back after 24 hours if it wasn't resolved. I called, and they said there were still 7 days left. I emphasize, my flight is in 2 days... When I checked to see if I could make a change without waiting, they showed an additional cost of approximately 2000₺. What is this, for heaven's sake?
