Konami ID Hacked – Recover My eFootball Account

I have been playing eFootball on mobile with my Konami ID, and on 21/07/2026 I realized that my account had been hacked and accessed without my permission. Since that date I have not been able to log in to my account anymore. After the hack, the person who took over my account changed both the eFootball / Konami ID password and the email address linked to the account, so I completely lost control of it. I immediately contacted Konami support and explained that my Konami ID was hacked, that the email and password were changed, and that I can no longer access my account. Despite this, support replied that they do not help with this kind of problem, and no solution or guidance was provided. I still have access to my original email or social media account that was linked to this Konami ID before it was changed, so identity verification should be possible. I kindly request that my account be recovered, that the hacker’s changes to the email and password be undone, my access be restored, and that you help me securely regain control of my eFootball account linked to this Konami ID.
