I am frustrated with Turkish Airlines (THY) after being unable to complete my online check-in for reservation code VBJE5Z. This issue is unacceptable for a prestigious airline like THY, and no valid excuse justifies this inconvenience. As a result, I am left with unnecessary stress and hassle before my flight.

THY must take responsibility for this problem and ensure that passengers are not left in such situations. I expect immediate action, including a direct phone call from the airline to resolve this issue and prevent it from happening again. Sending misleading messages to passengers is not a solution. I will be sharing the outcome of this complaint with all on Şikayet Var. Please address this promptly.
