They expressed their regret and apologies for the inconvenience, but they will take no action regarding the damaged suitcase. There was no way to file a report because the Lost Baggage Department was closed. As a result, they are refusing to compensate me for the money I lost. It is not my fault that your luggage was damaged during your flight; unfortunately, this occurs following every flight. As a result, the Office of Lost Baggage should be open during all flight schedules. It is time for Turkish Airlines to address this issue and offer a solution.
