Parimatch India Takes UPI Payments but Doesn’t Add Funds to Account
I have been experiencing a serious issue with Parimatch India for several months, where deposits made to my account are not being credited. Despite repeatedly depositing money through PhonePe UPI, a total of approximately ₹50,000 has not been reflected in my Parimatch India account, even though the funds have been successfully debited from my side.
This ongoing problem has caused me significant financial and emotional stress, especially since it has continued for such a long time without any resolution. I have attempted to contact Parimatch India customer support regarding these missing deposits, but I have received no response, which has made the situation even more frustrating.
I request that all of my missing deposits be immediately returned and that the total amount of approximately ₹50,000 be refunded without any further delay. In addition, I expect appropriate compensation for the prolonged delay, lack of transparency, and complete absence of customer support regarding this matter.
