Touché Privé Fails to Refund Order After 40 Days

3I returned a clothing item I purchased from the Touché Privé website 40 days ago, but no action has been taken regarding my refund during this entire period. My return request for order number 935998 is still pending in their system, and my payment has not been refunded to my account.
During this time, I contacted customer service twice. Each time, they told me they would check with the warehouse, but no one followed up with me, and I have not received any concrete response.
The excessive delay and complete lack of communication have left me at a disadvantage. I request that my return for order number 935998 be processed immediately and that my refund be issued to me without any further delay.
