Hello, I feel like I've been treated unfairly. I requested to modify the date of my ticket, and I was informed that the price difference would be reimbursed upon making the change. The new date I chose turned out to be less expensive than the previous one. Unfortunately, when I contacted customer service to make the change, I was told that I wouldn't receive any refund. I decided to go with June 19 since it was more affordable, and I was given the guarantee that any price discrepancy would be reimbursed. I would like to request a change to my ticket back to the original date of June 15, 2024, without incurring any additional charges. I am not seeking a refund, just a modification. I'm really upset because I was given incorrect information and I really need this situation to be fixed. As I stated earlier, I made an error in selecting the incorrect date, and I kindly request that my ticket be reverted back to its original state on June 15, 2024, without any additional charges.
