Turkish Airlines/Anadolu Jet Ticket Refund Issue

I purchased round-trip tickets from Anadolu Jet for a Rize-Istanbul flight, totaling 4 tickets for ₺4,778. When I called Anadolu Jet to inquire about the cancellation fee, I was informed that the deduction would be ₺103 per person, totaling ₺207. However, when ₺103 was credited to my account, I realized something was wrong. Despite insisting on the total refund deduction amount, I was told it would be ₺207. But from the ₺4,778, only ₺207 was refunded, meaning ₺4,571 was taken as a cancellation fee. I urgently request this issue to be resolved. Due to the customer service representative's mistake, I have been unfairly treated. I demand the resolution of this issue and a refund of the amount. If the issue is not resolved, I will file a complaint with the necessary authorities. I am extremely distressed. I have neither the tickets nor my money. Anadolu Jet THY.
