Turkish Airlines Took Lack of Precaution for Constantly Coughing Passenger
Negligence regarding a passenger coughing without a mask:
On November 17th, we flew from Istanbul to Rome on THY flight TK1361. Our reservation code is WI7Q8S.
The passenger behind us was coughing every second for about 3 hours, and no precaution was taken by the flight attendants to make him wear a mask. Moreover, a week after the flight, we received an apology message from THY customer service due to a cabin temperature issue and a discount code was sent. We got sick after that flight; why didn't you take any precautions for a constantly coughing passenger and you exposed us to that virus-laden environment? I listened to that man's cough for 3 hours and got sick with my son.
Why was no precaution taken for such a constantly and severely coughing passenger? How will you compensate for this problematic journey we experienced?
