Turkish Airlines TK2440 Flight Issue with Minor's ID
On our Turkish Airlines TK2440 flight from Istanbul to Antalya, my underage brother forgot his ID at home. When we spoke with the flight attendants, they initially said they would help us, but later a different person told us we couldn't board and that our tickets were canceled. Despite experiencing this, no one assisted us in rebooking another flight. We were traveling for an evening match, and we didn't get a positive answer from anywhere. Even after retrieving the ID, we were not accommodated on any flight. Our round-trip tickets for three people, accommodations, and all arrangements were canceled. Instead of providing assistance, the lack of support from such a reputable company left us frustrated. Despite requesting a standby ticket throughout the day, no one helped us. The approach taken by a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction was disappointing. Additionally, the lady reprimanded us! I request a response regarding customer satisfaction and either a rescheduled flight or a refund for the tickets.
