Turkish Airlines Ticketing Staff's Rude Behavior and Slow Service
On Saturday, March 9th at 15:05, I had a flight from Istanbul Airport to Mardin Airport. The ticketing staff were working very slowly, and the line kept getting longer. One woman with black hair and heavy black eye makeup, who was quite short, spent an exaggerated half hour dealing with just five people's tickets while chatting with them. As the line grew, I thought a counter had opened up and moved forward slightly, but she yelled at me, saying they were calling out. I told her I couldn't hear them, and she shouted back in the middle of the hall, saying I was causing confusion in the line. She never listened to us. Later, I got my ticket, and she was still laughing and chatting with those five people, using ticketing as an excuse to keep everyone waiting. Unfortunately, I don't know her name. Thankfully, people like her aren't pilots; otherwise, they wouldn't land the plane because of their attitude. Most of the staff are rude. However, I specifically want this woman to be warned and reprimanded.
