Turkish Airlines Ticket Non-Changeable Policy Causing Hardship
I purchased a Turkish Airlines ticket on 27.11.2025 for the Istanbul–Antalya route, with a travel date of 15.12.2025. Later, I wanted to postpone this flight to a later date, and I was willing to pay any fare difference that might arise due to the change. However, when I requested a date change via the call center and the online channels, I was informed that the ticket I bought does not include any right of refund or change, and therefore, no transaction could be carried out. The fact that no change is allowed on the ticket under any circumstances, even though I am ready to pay the fare difference, puts me in a very difficult position. I kindly request that Turkish Airlines either change the date of my ticket by reflecting the fare difference or, if this is not possible, refund the full amount of the ticket price.
