I noticed a significant price difference for a Dubai ticket purchased through the Turkish Airlines mobile app compared to the web application within 4 hours. I bought the ticket at noon via the mobile app for ₺5,753.50 each, totaling ₺11,507 for two tickets. However, around 4 PM, I saw the same tickets being sold for ₺5,134 each, totaling ₺10,268 on the web application. I am disappointed and request a refund of the ₺1,239 difference. I have also submitted the relevant screenshots as a complaint on the THY website.
Today, February 23, 2024, around 12:15 PM, I purchased two tickets from Istanbul to Dubai for myself and my spouse. The reservation code is...
