I purchased my international flight tickets (Nuremberg-Istanbul) from the Turkish Airlines website on 22.03.2024 with the 'free change' option. However, since 22.04.2024, I have been trying to change the date of my ticket both online and through the mobile app, but I constantly receive a system error message preventing the change. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that if I want to change my ticket without paying a fee, I must do it through the mobile app or online. However, the system that did not give an error when purchasing the ticket now gives this error during the change process. When I try to make the change through customer service, an additional fee is requested. It is unacceptable for customers to be inconvenienced due to a system error on Turkish Airlines' part. I believe Turkish Airlines should resolve this system-related issue and, if the system cannot be fixed, provide compensation for this error through customer service.
