I Was Unable to Make Changes on Turkish Airlines Flight

Today, on July 31, 2023, I purchased a round-trip ticket from Turkish Airlines for the flights on August 1 GAP-Esenboga and August 2 Esenboga-GAP TK7114. However, 10 minutes after purchasing the ticket, I realized that the return date was incorrect. I immediately called customer service, which took 30 minutes to connect. I explained that the return date was incorrect and requested a correction. They arrogantly informed me that no changes could be made because it was less than 72 hours before the flight. When I asked to be connected to a higher authority, they dismissed me, claiming they were the highest authority. Just the other day, I bought an international ticket from a foreign airline that offers full refunds and changes within the first 10 hours. How can this be a world-class airline? The service is zero. I want this issue to be resolved.
