Turkish Airlines Staff's Disrespectful Behavior at Gaziantep Airport

Good evening, currently at Gaziantep Airport, the three female staff members at the Turkish Airlines counter, who are on duty at this hour, spoke in a disrespectful manner while chewing gum. Despite having an additional 17 kg baggage allowance, they rudely told us to 'Empty your suitcase' because one of our suitcases was 2 kg over the limit, and they humiliated us. After emptying the suitcase, another female staff member, in a humiliating manner, called the police and still chewing gum, insulted us by saying 'Ma'am, pull your bag and move away' in front of all those passengers. When I asked the names of the three female staff members, they laughed and said 'Complain wherever you want' mockingly. I am complaining about the ladies at counters 28, 30, and 32. I found this manner of speaking and behavior very inappropriate and request that necessary actions and warnings be taken.
