Unprofessional Behavior Of Turkish Airlines Staff

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about the appalling treatment I received from three employees at your airline's counter. The incident occurred on 08 June 2024 at Esenboga Airport, Ankara, counter E13 and it has left me extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with Turkish Airlines service. Upon approaching the counter, I was met with cold and unfriendly behavior from the three ladies on duty. Not one of them offered a smile or a greeting, which immediately set a negative tone for the interaction. Their demeanor was rude and unprofessional, making me feel like a burden rather than a valued customer. Throughout the process, their attitudes were dismissive and unhelpful. They seemed completely uninterested in assisting me, and their curt responses only exacerbated the situation. Their lack of basic courtesy and respect was shocking and unacceptable for a company of Turkish Airlines' stature. This experience has significantly tarnished my perception of your airline. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, neither of which were present in this encounter. I urge you to address this issue promptly and ensure that your staff undergo proper training in customer service to prevent such incidents in the future.
