Turkish Airlines Staff Negligence and Loss of Rights and Time

I purchased tickets from Turkish Airlines on March 20th to benefit from their happiness campaign, but the status miles were not credited for my flights. Despite numerous feedback attempts, the responses were careless. Initially, I was told that the ticket was purchased on March 21st and needed to be bought on March 20th. However, condition 14 stated that the local time of the place where the ticket was purchased was important. The officer handling the case ignored that the ticket was bought in Germany, which complied with the relevant clause according to local time. When I appealed with this information, another officer continued the careless approach, claiming that the time in Turkey was 01:30 and in Germany it was 12:30, thus the ticket was bought on March 21st and did not meet the conditions. I provided feedback again, stating that there was a two-hour time difference between Germany and Turkey at that time. This time, the representative stated that the first two decisions were correct and rejected my request. Such repeated errors and customer-unfriendly approaches do not suit a national airline that claims to be one of the best in the world.
