Turkish Airlines Price Drop Issue

I have been a loyal Turkish Airlines passenger for many years and have generally been satisfied until now, but my recent experience has caused me to lose my trust in the brand. In the first week of April 2026, I purchased tickets for a flight from Istanbul to London on 18 August 2026 for a total of three people, one adult and two children. I paid ₺29,577 for these tickets and additionally used 3,856 Miles&Smiles miles. My reservation code is RCE3S8. Yesterday, when I checked the prices for the same flight, I was shocked to see that the price had dropped to ₺18,634. Within about 20 days, a difference of approximately ₺11,000 occurred, and on top of that, the 3,856 miles I spent were effectively wasted. I could not have foreseen such a drastic price drop in such a short time, and this pricing policy has caused me serious financial and emotional discomfort. I submitted a complaint to Turkish Airlines regarding this situation, but I have not received any support or constructive response. As a long-time and loyal customer, I would have at least expected a fair gesture, such as a refund of the significant price difference that arose in a short period of time and the return of the miles I used as reward miles. I am deeply disappointed that a corporate company like Turkish Airlines treats its loyal customers in this way. After what I have experienced, I regret to state that this will be my last flight with Turkish Airlines and that I will share this negative experience with my friends, family, and acquaintances.
