Turkish Airlines' Cancellation Of Lounge Usage Right Without Approval
On January 5th, 2023, I bought 2 adult and 1 child tickets for a round-trip from Istanbul to Antalya, scheduled for August 26th to September 1st. Alongside the tickets, I also purchased 4 lounge usage rights as additional services, totaling 8769 TL to be paid in 6 monthly installments. However, without any notice or approval, these usage rights were unexpectedly canceled. Dealing with Turkish Airlines' call center and file unit proved frustrating, as they provided no instant solutions and only reported urgency. I complained about file number TK-9262582, even saving voice recordings for reference. While you managed to process a refund, your execution was flawed. You initiated 3 refunds for 4 usage rights. Not only have you mishandled my money, but you've also failed to provide the service I rightfully paid for. This experience has left me disappointed and frustrated.
