Turkish Airlines Offers Almost No Refund For A Flexible Ticket Cancellation
On March 21, 2023, I purchased a round-trip flight ticket with UHIKUF reservation code from Turkish Airlines for approximately 70,021 TL. Regrettably, due to my work, I had to cancel my fully flexible return ticket, which cost around 28,000 TL. Surprisingly, when I requested the cancellation, Turkish Airlines ridiculously offered me a refund of only 768 TL instead of my fully paid ticket price. The customer representative was unhelpful, and I feel extremely cheated by such a reputable company. I urge the authorities to take prompt action and help me solve this issue, the ticket was flexible, I was told that these processes would have no impact on the refund or return requests yet I am offered almost nothing. It's really nothing compared t what I paid.
