Turkish Airlines POOR Customer Service for Business Class Passenger
POOR Customer Service_Business Class Client CASE ID: 2024178879 Date of experience: August 25, 2024 I forgot my carry-on rucksack in a secure locker in business class lounge. I contacted Turkish Airlines Customer Service and the Lost & Found departments separately. I have given them the exact locker number with a photograph, and photographs and details of the rucksack, boarding passes, my Miles & Smiles Elite Plus membership card. It has been over three days they have not done anything to help and keep on sending standard e-mails "We’ve shared your feedback with the relevant airport. We’ll get in touch with you once the airport has completed its investigations." There is nothing to investigate as I have told them exactly where the bag is left in a secure locker on Istanbul Airport. I have shared a photograph of how the bag looks like, described its exact contents, shared my flight details and boarding passes that will match my entry and exit from the Business Class Lounge. In my estimate based on the flights I have undertook with Turkish Airlines, I have given them at least USD 0.5 mil in business in the last 9 years. After this experience and Turkish Airlines' inability to provide a basic customer service, I will be replacing Turkish Airlines with another more reliable and trustworthy airline, and I shall not be recommending the airline to any of my family, friends, or business associates.
