In summary, I described the negative experience I had during the landing at Istanbul Airport and requested compensation for the inconvenience. Specifically, our captain attempted a risky landing approach over the Black Sea twice, which even pilots from northern countries avoid, and failed both times, putting all of us at risk.
The plane's wings wobbled, and we experienced severe turbulence. Just 50 meters before the runway, the captain aborted the landing and attempted again. On the third attempt, the landing was successfully made over the Marmara Sea. After my feedback, THY responded via email stating that there was no aborted landing, which was quite surprising and dismissive. I expected a reputable company to handle this situation.
I believed they would resolve this issue without needing to resort to other platforms, but I was mistaken. Customer relations are very poor. I will now choose to resolve the issue through official channels. I have audio and video recordings from the flight and flight data from the flight radar program.
