Turkish Airlines Pet Reservation Issue for Istanbul-America Flight
I am writing regarding a 30-minute phone call with the call center on November 15, 2023. We tried to create a reservation for our service dog with Ms. Tugba for our Istanbul-America flight. We sent the necessary documents to [email protected] and [email protected]. Despite the incorrect information given during the reservation process, today we found out that our reservation does not exist.
We are frustrated with having to make a new reservation request after hours of phone calls each time. We request that the instructions specified on THY's website be followed. We are forced into a lengthy process with unprepared call center staff and have to make a new pet reservation every day. We are dissatisfied with the service received from THY and want to express our grievances.
