THY Pet Approval Email Never Arrives
Despite making a reservation with THY, days have passed and they still haven't sent an email to approve my pet. I wrote to their feedback channels, but they haven't provided any solution. They just send a message saying the issue can't be resolved through this channel and close the request. Closing the request doesn't mean the issue is resolved. All documents are complete. CDC approval for America is ready. But THY doesn't even respond to an email. The call center never provides a solution. I have paid the reservation fee 6 times and still haven't received an email. It's been 2 weeks. During this period, I spoke with 20 customer representatives. None of them seem to have any authority. What one says contradicts what the other says. Customers keep losing their reservation fees. Days have passed. What are we waiting for? We urgently expect a response from THY.
