Dyson V8 Shuts Down in Max Mode - Replacement Request

I am using a Dyson V8 stick vacuum and for the last 6 months I have been having a serious problem with its performance. When I switch the device to Max mode, it shuts down by itself within about 1 minute. Because of this, I cannot use the product with the power level I need and I cannot benefit from it efficiently during cleaning. About a year ago I contacted Dyson regarding a similar problem, but unfortunately no clear result was obtained and the problem was not permanently resolved. Now the same or a very similar issue continues and this situation is becoming increasingly frustrating. Considering that this problem has been ongoing for a long time and has not been resolved despite my previous contact, I request that my Dyson V8 stick vacuum be replaced with a new and trouble‑free product. I kindly ask for this process to be handled as quickly as possible and for me to be informed.
