MorPara Delays MoneyGram Global System Activation for Commercial Merchants

On April 28, 2026, I submitted the necessary documents through MorPara for the MoneyGram global system activation for our Sembol Istanbul residence location at Zafer Mahallesi Haramidere Yolu Caddesi Sembol Istanbul Carsi Blok No:28Dbb, 34513 Esenyurt/Istanbul. Although my MorPara local system approval was granted on May 20, my global MoneyGram system has still not been activated after approximately 85 days, and I am unable to process transactions.

During this process, I spoke with your field sales consultant multiple times, and I was told that there was general congestion on MoneyGram's end. However, while people applying through other companies around me had their MoneyGram systems opened in under 2 months, the fact that my application has remained unresolved for this long causes significant hardship.

Due to this ongoing delay, I am experiencing substantial revenue loss and losing regular customers to competitor locations. This situation negatively impacts my business's financial balance and customer loyalty, and it is no longer acceptable.

I demand that the necessary checks be urgently performed by both MorPara and MoneyGram, that my global activation process be completed immediately, and that my system be activated as soon as possible.
