Turkish Airlines Pet Reservation Issue
My spouse and I purchased tickets on the same day, at the same time, and for the same routes together. Beirut-Istanbul, Istanbul-Toulouse. Yesterday, we also made a reservation request and payment for our pet on both flights. Today, when I called customer service because I hadn't received an email regarding the payment for our pet, I found out that my spouse was assigned seats with the cat on every flight, but I was left without a seat. Do you realize we are a family? Forcing me to pay to travel next to my spouse and pet is a huge scandal. As a result, my spouse used miles to purchase a seat next to them for me on each flight.
