Turkish Airlines Overcharging For The Flexible Ticket Change

Booked TK flight with an option to change ticket with fee back in March this year. Due to the passport processing backlog, we couldn't fly hence I had to change the ticket. I was asked to pay 200$ for each ticket. I purchased the ticket for 700$ and now they are asking me to pay 200$ to change. I knew I would pay something to change it but wasn't expecting to pay almost half of the price to do so. They should have mentioned the amount instead of being gray. Now I asked the terms of conditions back in March and all I was told is that I accepted so I have to pay. Here are the details TK-8851955 #S1-26555091#
